Bespoke Joinery
in Accrington
Handcrafted kitchens, staircases, cabinetry, and architectural joinery for Accrington and East Lancashire homes. Built in our Longton workshop and installed with care.
Bespoke Joinery for Accrington's Character Homes
Accrington and the surrounding East Lancashire towns have some of the most characterful housing stock in the North West. The stone-built Victorian terraces and mill-owner villas around the town, the period farmhouses in the Hyndburn valley, and the substantial detached homes in Clayton-le-Moors, Church, and Oswaldtwistle. These are buildings that deserve joinery made to match their age and quality, not fitted units from a catalogue.
Our Longton workshop is around 20 miles from Accrington, a straightforward run on the M65. We regularly work across East Lancashire and have a clear understanding of the older building stock in the area, how it behaves, and how to design joinery that feels completely at home within it.

We regularly work in Accrington and the surrounding East Lancashire towns, including Great Harwood, Rishton, Church, Oswaldtwistle, Clayton-le-Moors, Baxenden, and Huncoat. Whether a stone-built Victorian terrace, a farmhouse on the edge of the moors, or a large family home in one of the newer developments, we bring the same level of skill and attention to every commission.
Period properties in East Lancashire present specific challenges: walls that are not quite plumb, floors that have settled over a century, and original features that must be matched or complemented rather than fought against. That kind of experience cannot be taught in a short apprenticeship. It comes from decades of working in real buildings, and it is what separates genuine craftsmen from installation companies.
For homeowners searching for bespoke joinery in Accrington, handmade kitchens East Lancashire, bespoke staircases Accrington, or fitted cabinetry Hyndburn, Joinery Limited combines genuine Lancashire roots with over 25 years of craft.
A Family Business. A Lifelong Standard.
Jason Iddon founded Joinery Limited in 1998 after decades working across structural and decorative joinery throughout Lancashire. His son Shaun joined as Director and Design Lead, bringing precision design and a meticulous eye for finish to complement Jason's structural expertise. Between them they cover every aspect of a bespoke joinery project from initial sketch to final installation.
All craft work is done by Jason and Shaun themselves. We do not use subcontractors for the joinery. When you commission Joinery Limited, the people you meet at the initial consultation are the people who build your project.
