Bespoke kitchens and joinery
in Deepdale
Handmade kitchens, staircases and fitted cabinetry for homes in Deepdale and north-east Preston. Designed around your room, built in our Longton workshop and fitted by the people who made it.
Kitchens made to fit Deepdale’s older houses
Deepdale sits between Preston city centre and Ribbleton, on the Moor Park side of the city. Much of its housing is Victorian and Edwardian: long terraces off Deepdale Road and St George’s Road, bay-fronted houses around Moor Park Avenue, and larger family homes on the streets running up towards Holme Slack. Rooms in these houses are often narrow or tall, with chimney breasts, alcoves and sloping floors that a flat-pack kitchen never quite fits.
Our workshop in Longton is around six miles from Deepdale. Every kitchen we make is measured in your house, drawn for that room and built from solid hardwood, so the cabinetry sits square and true against walls that are rarely either. Painted or natural, in-frame or Shaker, the design is yours and the joinery is ours.

We take on commissions throughout Deepdale and the neighbouring parts of Preston, including Moor Park, Holme Slack, Ribbleton, Fishwick, Brookfield and the streets either side of Blackpool Road. Whether it is a terrace near the football ground, an Edwardian semi on the edge of Moor Park or a newer house further out, we bring the same care to the measuring, the making and the fitting.
Older Preston houses present their own challenges: walls that are not plumb, floors that have settled, and original features worth keeping. A kitchen that respects those things has to be made for the room rather than adapted to it on the day. That is the difference between a joinery workshop and an installation company, and it is why people in Deepdale come to us for a kitchen that will still look right in twenty years.

A family business with a lifelong standard
Jason Iddon founded Joinery Limited in 1998 after decades of structural and decorative joinery work across Lancashire. His son Shaun joined as Director and Design Lead, bringing precision design and a meticulous eye for finish to complement Jason's structural expertise. Between them they cover every stage of a bespoke project, from the first sketch to the final installation.
All craft work is done by Jason and Shaun themselves. We do not subcontract the joinery. The people you meet at the first consultation are the people who build and fit your Deepdale project.
